Yesterday was a weird day I felt like I was at a very low point in this new journey I have taken. After a nice mind resetting chat with a very dear friend, I know that I am not alone and have many people routing for me to succeed in this new journey.

Today, I got up had my coffee and just really sat in deep thought that it really isn’t as bad as I was thinking it was. Can it be better well of course it can but is it horrible heck no.
So, still sitting here with coffee in hand and doing my daily job search I log into my flexjobs account and start applying for jobs and think to myself didn’t I just apply for this job the other day and go the dreaded “we are moving forward with other candidates” message. So, I went back and looked at the jobs I applied to previously and sure enough there it was I had already applied for this job and now there is a new posting that they are hiring again for that same exact job. So, what do I do I yet again apply. Why not let them see my name again maybe unless it was AI rejection last time. I guess I will never know. So, yes everyone it was hard to see that job post again, but I clicked apply again.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Another thing, why do we have to be in a certain state to do a remote job? Don’t they want to fill these jobs? Even my dear friend last night said the same thing. Another thing why post a job as remote then say it isn’t remote you have to work in the office this all is very weird to me. I put in remote jobs only and this perfect job popped up but then when filling out the application it asked are you ok with working in our office then I read everything again and yes it said remote so me being me I picked up the phone and called and they told me it was a position in the office I told them they need to change the post on the site because it says remote, they then hung up on me which again very strange.
I guess what I am getting at here is AI is taking over in this world today yes some is good, but some is also bad rejecting people for jobs and then the company is reposting the job a couple days later so is AI rejecting all applications for these companies and are these companies wondering why no one is applying?
