Do one tiny, guaranteed‑win task:

  • Update one bullet on your résumé
  • Send one networking message
  • Apply to one role you’re actually excited about
  • Clean up one section of your LinkedIn profile

Then say out loud:

Because you did.


🌿 If you chose “I need calm, not chaos”

Try this 60‑second grounding ritual:
