Daily dose of job search sanity

So, its Monday again and here I am back at it.

This morning, I got up at 5:30 like every other Monday and let me tell you the time change is kicking my butt. Anyways, I got up had my coffee and then got my daughter up at 6 which is still the normal but to my surprise I open the door to get her on the bus and wow it was so nice to have it warm out and almost all of our snow gone. Yes, this makes me very happy and why you ask? Well let me tell you why that just means I am that much closer to going camping and starting my garden and all that fun stuff that comes with spring and summer. I don’t know about you, but I am tired of sitting inside and that’s another reason I want a remote job I can grab my laptop and go out on my pool deck and work. I can also go camping and work that’s why I want to have a remote job a lot less hassle and more time with my family doing the things we love together.

This past weekend I also worked on my diamond art which by the way I have talked to 2 establishments, and they are willing to sell my art at their businesses which I am very excited about. So, hey you never know when you’re out to eat or getting your hair done and such you could be looking at one of pieces there. Which I am absolutely over the moon about. This might actually work for me.

A little back story I have been unemployed for a while now at no fault of my own thankfully my husband has his own business but, in the winter, he has little to no work going on. I can’t get unemployment and get no child support, so this has been a struggle lately. Thankfully I had a great friend help me get this blog started which we are hoping will produce so kind of income for me which at the moment it hasn’t so who knows I might not do it anymore I don’t know I do really like getting on here and doing it. So, these little steps that I am taking will help us out in the winter months also which is great.

I did apply for some jobs this morning also. Fingers crossed that something might come from those applications. The market is really hard right now for work from home jobs I tell you. I keep plugging away at it though.

So, with all that being said I am going to keep putting the donations tab on my posts in the hopes that someone may donate to the cause of keeping this blog going and me a float.
